All our fish is fresh and sourced locally. We cook fish to order so that it is delicious every time.
Our potatoes come from local farmers and we pride ourselves on using the best and freshest ingredients. We peel and cut the potatoes ourselves (no ordering pre-cut chips loaded with preservatives) and fry them twice at different temperatures (making sure we chill them down after the first fry). Double frying gives the chips that crunchy exterior and fluffy, well-flavoured interior that defines a classic chip.
We serve Gourmet Beef Burgers – 8oz Angus Burger – made from 100% Irish beef. Topped with mature Wexford white cheddar, Mangans homemade cucumber pickle, caramelised red onion, Ballymaloe relish, fresh rocket and served on a flour bap with mustard mayo.
We also serve Gourmet Chicken Burgers – Chicken fillet marinated in rosemary with Mangans caramelised red onion, mayo & fresh lettuce on a brioche bun.
